Welcome to QuickSaveX.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuickSaveX web-based tools, media extractors, and conversion utilities. By accessing or using QuickSaveX, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing QuickSaveX ("the Service", "Website", or "Tool"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2Description of Service & Non-Hosting Notice

QuickSaveX provides a free online client-side stream extraction tool designed to help users download publicly accessible social media videos, MP3 audio, GIFs, and images from platforms such as X (Twitter), Threads, and supported social channels for personal, non-commercial offline viewing.

Important Non-Hosting Guarantee: QuickSaveX does NOT host, upload, store, archive, or cache video or audio files on its servers. All media items retrieved through QuickSaveX are fetched on-the-fly directly from the respective platform's public Content Delivery Network (CDN) servers.

3Intellectual Property & Fair Use Responsibility

QuickSaveX respects the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, and copyright holders.

  • User Responsibility: You are strictly responsible for verifying that you have the right, license, or legal permission to download, save, or format-convert any media item.
  • Fair Use Limitation: Content fetched using QuickSaveX should be restricted to personal, educational, or fair-use offline viewing. Re-uploading, broadcasting, selling, or monetizing third-party media without explicit authorization from copyright owners is strictly prohibited.
  • No Copyright Transfer: Downloading media via QuickSaveX does not grant you ownership or copyright licenses to the underlying media content.

4Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using QuickSaveX, you agree NOT to:

Bypass or attempt to bypass private account privacy settings or restricted paywalls.
Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to overwhelm QuickSaveX infrastructure.
Utilize the Service for unlawful, malicious, defamatory, or copyright-infringing activities.
Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or interfere with QuickSaveX routing engines.

5Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

QUICKSAVEX IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Service will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or without temporary downtime resulting from third-party social network API or structural web changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickSaveX and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
